I am Adeline Ingabire; I teach a variety of yoga classes as well as Qigong and Breath-Body-Mind in Kigali, Rwanda. I teach elderly women, children and young people. Breath-Body-Mind is necessarily recommended for all the people; it helps me to relax and feel peaceful. I’ve used it to help my community, elderly women, and people with depression and trauma from their illness, and people with noncommunicable disease. It helps them to develop self-love, to heal and feel protected. Thank you.
