As a former secondary school teacher, Alexa has always been passionate about teaching and helping people develop into healthy and happy individuals in order to thrive in life. After experiencing the positive effects of mindfulness, yoga and breath-work in her own life, she retrained in order to share these practices to young people and those who support them. Her current work is the result of her experience working in education, practice in breath-work, mindfulness and yoga and her Master of Science in Mental Health. She currently works with private clients, schools, businesses and charities to support overall well being and empowering them to live happier and healthier lives through the different practices.
