Experienced yoga teacher with a professional background in education and a passion for learning.
Teacher training (1000 hours plus): Aberdeen Yoga Centre, Yoga Scotland, Svastha Yoga, and (1000 hours plus) yoga workshops and residential.

Enjoy sharing the therapeutic benefits of yoga posture and breathing practices to help balance body and mind and support optimal natural breathing.

Recently completed several trainings with Minded Institute, including credited Yoga for Health Alliance social prescription course and Yoga Therapy for Anxiety.

I teach regular breath and yoga classes and am available for 1-1. Interested in developing BBM in local schools and will weave into future teacher training in Nepal.

In my personal life, I love to travel, especially to winter in India where I can take time out to focus on my own personal practice.
