Universally, we all want to be healthier and feel happier, whatever happiness means to each of us. We are looking to have better relationships with people around us and, in different moments of life, would like to relieve pain - physical, emotional, or psychological. BBM practices address all those aspirations with the help of the natural healing power of our breath, giving us back our autonomy and the ability to self-heal and self-regulate ecologically and respectfully to nature and each other. Personally, being an introvert, BBM practices have helped me to claim back my energy and focus. It has helped me to have a deeper connection to myself, to my needs, and to others. It has also provided me with practical and effective tools for daily self-care. It has improved the quality of my life so much that I just can't help but share this simple and affordable, but truly transformative, secret of how to thrive in this fast-paced and stressful world with others. And I am not alone. I have seen hundreds of people feeling the transformation in themselves from practicing BBM and naturally wanting to share those practices with others. Again, I can't help myself but provide those who want to share BBM practices with the tools to do it safely and efficiently.
