My name is Liz Sommers and I am an LCSW who currently works in a county mental health clinic as a mental health therapist. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and forensic work, but work with all populations and diagnoses. I serve individuals, couples, and families in my practice currently.
I recently received my Level-2 Teacher Certification and have been using the practices for over 2 years now; not only in my practice but also in my own life. I have also recently received my Trauma-Informed Care and Counseling Certificate through the University of Buffalo; also, where I received my MSW.
