I am a fully accredited yoga teacher and mentor to Senior level and have been teaching yoga since 2005.

My approach is to design classes and private yoga sessions that meet people of all ages with their individual needs and offer effective tools to support modern-day living; predominantly, strategies to cope with sitting for hours, stress and anxiety.

The BBM practices have been a wonderful resource for my self-care and are an exciting addition to share with others in classes and workshops.
