My name is Rachel Tisdall. I have been living a Yogic & Mindful life for over 22 years. My study began privately with a Sannyasin in 1996 qualifying as a Yoga & Meditation teacher in 2014. I have gone on to study with an array of National and International Mind and Body specialists within their fields over the years. I continue to self study and am guided by my daily practice of Yoga, Meditation, combined with the excellent Breath-Body-Mind program. My simple aim is to help bring people back to their Peace. I set up a Yoga business in 2014 serving the community; I had a desire to take Yoga to the people. I have a particular interest in supporting vulnerable and misunderstood groups from stress relief, addiction recovery and mental health. I support young people from 11 years upwards right through to our Elders struggling in residential care homes. I have designed a 1-day cpd training course Yoga for vulnerable young people based on my 5 years of experience supporting within young people behavioral and medical pupil referral units. In 2020, I am going to design another cpd training day based on my support within residential care homes for residents and the staff that care for them. Using a blend of Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Reiki, and Breath-Body-Mind practices, I support the following: Young people 11y -18y + Dementia and Alzheimers Elders and the care givers, Prison and addiction recovery Community classes and courses, Schools and assemblies Staff and Students Retreat days & Workshops, Private one to ones. I am based in the UK; my offerings have taken me to teach in India, Brazil, and into Pakistan for Spring 2020.
