Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Brooklyn, NY. I completed my master's in mental health counseling at CUNY City College in 2014 and have been licensed to practice since 2016. I currently work for the New York City Employee Assistance Program, an EAP that services NYC employees. Additionally, I provide individual counseling at my private practice and accept a number of insurance plans. (See my website for that information)
As a therapist, I employ somatic approaches in my work that is similar to Breath-Body-Mind. I currently am certified as a Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner and am on my 2nd year training in Focusing Oriented Therapy.
