Clare's Interests include promoting ways of working that are accessible to those living with the consequences of trauma and adversity in their lives. Through these interests, Clare learned about a number of mind-body approaches, and came to study Breath-Body-Mind to help her live more fully in herself and to support others in doing so too.

Having dipped in and out of practicing yoga and meditation for over 30 years, Clare added mindfulness to these practices in 2008, and now builds teaching of mindfulness into her therapeutic work with clients, including DBT. Clare values the physical, mental and emotional benefits of bringing balance into the mind-body, whilst also appreciating the challenges of building these kinds of practices into everyday life.

BBM has provided her with an accessible, enjoyable practice that improves her sense of wellbeing, her commitment to self-care, and to the care of others. The journey continues...
