CCSI provides training and implementation support on topics designed to help organizations understand, implement, and sustain practices aimed at improving the way care is provided. Our training team members have experience working directly in clinical or program settings, so they combine deep content knowledge in their particular areas of expertise, with a solid appreciation for the challenges associated with learning and implementing new ways of delivering services in "real world" settings. In addition, in partnership with our Quality Improvement Team, CCSI can also offer practical ways for organizations to assess the impact of their training investment on care quality and outcomes.

I provide training and consultation to programs and agencies on trauma and integrating trauma informed practices into service delivery. As a part of that work, I provide self-care workshops for staff which has included teachers, other school staff, mental health providers, and human services providers. I have introduced Breath-Body-Mind techniques into the workshops providing psychoeducation about stress and vicarious trauma and how coherent breathing can be used a daily practice to support resilience and wellness. BBM techniques have also been taught directly to youths enrolled in programs. I also maintain a private practice working with children, adolescents and young adults, and have taught clients BBM techniques to cope with anxiety, depression and trauma.
