After spending over a decade working in both academia and the private sector, I turned to yoga as a way to manage stress and cultivate inner balance. This personal journey ignited a passion for teaching and sharing the practices that have enriched my life. In addition to teaching Face Yoga and Yin Yoga, I am delighted to offer BBM practices, which I find profoundly beneficial for enhancing resilience and well-being. I lead BBM sessions for individuals and small groups and continue to be inspired by the transformative impact of these techniques.
