I am a Yoga instructor and continue to attend yoga specialization training programs to improve myself. I also continue Qigong instructor training to enrich the content of my classes and heal the body and mind. I provide online yoga training that includes mindfulness-based BBM breathing exercises. When I realized the rapid transformation created by the effects of BBM breathing exercises, I decided to become a BBM instructor. I volunteer to have BBM breathing exercises in earthquake zones and work in the aid support team. I also volunteer to have BBM practices for children and young people in schools online and face-to-face. I continue my training and work to explain how mindful breathing affects the nervous system and to popularize BBM practices.
