After getting degrees in Science and Business, I spent more than a decade building a career in corporate finance and developed an understanding of the fast paced, high-pressure nature of the business world. While trying to balance professional and personal responsibilities, my interest in mindfulness and meditation led me to discover powerful tools for managing stress and maintaining calm under pressure. This journey helped me to integrate mindfulness practices into daily life, transforming my personal well-being.
I now combine my knowledge of the challenges of coping with professional stress and personal tasks with my passion for mindfulness, to offer classes designed to help others cultivate calm, focus and resilience. Drawing on years of personal practice and BBM training, I teach simple, practical techniques that reduce stress and foster a more balanced approach to life. My classes provide valuable tools to improve health and to live with greater presence and intention. I offer both in-person and online classes via Zoom.
