Mary Schweitz, LMSW is a Level -1 Breath-Body- Mind teacher and has worked in the Community Behavioral Health field for over 20 years. Since 2012, Mary has been dedicated to staff training, health and wellness with an emphasis on stress management. Mary has been training in Trauma Sensitive practices since 2009 and, in 2023, became a trainer for The New York State Trauma-Informed Network and Resource Center's Trauma Responsive and Resilience Informed Care curriculum, which promotes trauma-responsive, equity-focused practices that support holistic health across New York.
