I came to Breath-Body-Mind as a yoga and movement teacher and have found these practices simple yet extraordinarily effective in helping me and my clients to self-regulate. They are accessible and can very quickly help individuals to feel different in their body and mind. Their simplicity empowers my clients to take the practices home and do them on their own to manage their own needs.
I work mainly with athletes of all levels up to and including professional sportspeople. Together, we find BBM an incredibly valuable addition to their toolbox for mental wellbeing and even for competition preparation. I have also used BBM practices with refugee groups in the UK and I have assisted on a number of BBM training programmes to bring these invaluable practices to more people who can use and share them.
