As a professional musician, having worked in mentoring some sterling talents, I came to the inescapable conclusion that in many cases, failing in a concert situation is rarely due to lack of preparation, but rather to the withholding of the breath as a result of anxiety and habit. The performance suffers, but it can also become a fertile ground for injuries.

Working with coherent breathing is beneficial on many levels: new awareness, ability to be present for longer periods of time, and a new clarity of artistic vision.
