This Fundamentals Course, plus six follow-up sessions, fulfill the prerequisite for BBM Level-1 Teacher Training.
In this 12-hour fundamentals program, you will learn breathing and movement techniques that balance and strengthen the stress response system. These techniques have been proven to improve calmness, stress resilience, self-regulation, mood, energy, and connectedness - enhancing both quality of life and performance at work and school. Other benefits include increased lung capacity, oxygenation, endurance, and cardio- respiratory health.
The breathing and movement techniques have been enjoyed by thousands of adults and children worldwide, including healthcare practitioners, yoga teachers, first responders, refugees, at-risk children, and individuals with stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADD, cancer, and other medical conditions. Many of them say they have been transformed, and that they never would have imagined something so simple could be so powerful and helpful.
BBM is also ideal for yoga teachers and practitioners, psychologists, therapists, nurses, doctors, school teachers, first responders, relief workers, NGOs, and administrators who may wish to attend the Level-1 Breath-Body-Mind Teacher Training.
