This BBM Workshop fulfills the prerequisite for BBM Level-1 Teacher Training
Designed to activate mind-body communication pathways, this interactive training raises energy, improves mood self-regulation, enhances performance, reduces inflammation, and helps dissolve pain. BBM teaches gentle movement and breathing practices to improve stress resilience, calmness, sleep, physical health, awareness of self and others, and mental clarity.
It is also ideal for yoga practitioners and teachers, psychologists, therapists, nurses, doctors, school teachers, first responders, relief workers, NGOs, and administrators who may wish to attend the Level-1 Breath-Body-Mind Teacher Training in July.
Benefits of Breath-Body-Mind™ have been shown for health care practitioners under stress, individuals with psychiatric and medical conditions, at-risk children, veterans, active duty military, and survivors of trauma, war, genocide and other disasters.
