Breath-Body-Mind™ teachers, you are invited to open your hearts and awaken awareness through advanced practices. Join Dr. Brown as he teaches variations of basic BBM practices with Qigong, delves deeper into Open Focus, completes the Four Golden Wheels, extends Alternate Nostril Breathing, and explores Coherent Breathing with the Large Heavenly Circuit, Small Heavenly Circuit, and Very Small Heavenly Circuit.
In this session, you will also experience Swimming Dragon, Scooping Chi, Candle Concentration, Energy Moving, Mirror Energy, and Coherent Breathing with Energy Exchange.
There will also be time for discussion, feedback and Q & A.
Cost: $75.00
