Dr. Brown is offering an Advanced Practice Session on May 10th from 11am to 1pm EDT. This advanced practice session will focus on teaching teachers how to offer Open Focus when they offer BBM practices. Open Focus Meditation is a wonderful option to offer after a Coherent Breathing session. Dr. Brown is offering this as a fundraiser to support all of the courses being offered through BBMF to countries impacted by various crises.
There will also be time for discussion, feedback and Q & A.
Cost: $75.00
