In this free live online stress and trauma relief program, learn unique evidence-based mind-body practices to strengthen the ability to withstand high levels of stress, sharpen mental focus, overcome fatigue, reduce physical pain, and support recovery from trauma. Healthcare workers also need methods to restore and maintain their own mental and physical health so that they can continue taking care of their families, their patients, and their communities.
