This two-day workshop training is intended for Westchester County healthcare providers and health educators, including social workers, childcare and early intervention providers, and librarians. Learn evidence-based gentle breath and movement techniques to relieve stress and improve mood, empathy, mental focus, resilience, and performance. Benefits have been enjoyed by thousands of adults and children worldwide, including healthcare professionals and individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, cancer, and other medical conditions.
Program costs have been subsidized thanks to a generous NYS Grant in Aid from the Honorable Andrea Stewart-Cousins. The program will be held from 9am-5pm on each day. A limited number of places will be held for individuals who are not residents of Westchester County, NY.
