Join international experts to experience natural healing methods for recovery from disasters. In this free live online stress and trauma relief program, learn unique evidence-based mind-body practices to strengthen the ability to withstand high levels of stress while caring for others, sharpen mental focus, overcome fatigue, reduce physical pain, and support recovery from trauma. Healthcare workers need methods to restore and maintain their own mental and physical health so that they can continue taking care of their families, their patients, and their communities. This program, with Ukrainian translation, will be recorded and made available to everyone who registers. It is offered for all Ukrainian healthcare providers, caregivers, and teachers.
Organizations, NGOs, government workers, and others who are helping Ukrainians are also welcome to come.
For more than 20 years, Dr. Brown and Dr. Gerbarg, co-founders of Breath-Body-Mind, have provided disaster relief programs internationally. See www.breath-body-mind.com and www.breathbodymindfoundation.org
